Site Lead/Operations Manager

Laura Mullen

Laura joined the company in April 2013 and divided her time between HR and Finance duties. Over the years, supporting the previous managing director, Laura gained a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the business.

In 2025 the acquisition of CT&A by SPX, Laura was instrumental in the successful integration of Cooling Towers Ireland Ltd to the SPX family. SPX were delighted to appoint Laura to the position of operations manager/site lead for Cooling Towers Ireland Ltd. Laura has welcomed the additional responsibility and to date has implemented many improvements and structure to CTI.

Sales Manager

Patrick Kearns

Patrick is now responsible for all new installation projects within the company. He has overseen many substantial projects throughout his 30 years at the company, including working at major pharmaceutical companies, creameries and distilleries, and data centres throughout the country and Western Europe.

Patrick’s knowledge and experience of cooling towers is unparalleled and spans Legionella Awareness, Cooling Tower Refurbishment, Cooling Tower and ancillaries installation & maintenance, Project Management, People Management, Problem Solving and much more!

After Market Sales and Service Manager

Shauna Tully

Shauna Tully has been with the company for four years, bringing strong organisational and client-focused expertise to her current role as Aftermarket Sales and Service Manager.

Shauna began her career with the company as a Procurement and Services Administrator, where she developed a deep understanding of operational processes and supplier coordination. She later transitioned into Planning and Scheduling, managing the coordination of all service works and ensuring projects were delivered efficiently and on time.

In her current position, Shauna oversees the aftermarket sales and service department, providing clients with detailed quotations for service, refurbishment, and parts. She plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence through effective communication and service delivery. Shauna is also responsible for managing the company’s Legionella Control Association audit, ensuring compliance and continual improvement in lifecycle assessment and sustainability performance.

Accounts & Office Administrator

Anna Kozak

Anna Kozak joined Cooling Towers & Accessories in October 2022 and holds the Accounts and Office Administrator title. Her role spans administration support, payroll, procurement, and, most recently, the coordination of the business’s marketing activities.

Anna holds a master’s degree in marketing and Management.

Senior Site Manager

Gerard Daniel

Gerard joined the business in 2014 and is responsible for the completion of our services, refurbishments and on-site installation works.

All site crew report to Gerard, and he ensures all site personnel are trained to exacting standards. Gerard has extensive knowledge and experience working on projects in Ireland, the UK and Western Europe.

Gerard has worked on projects in many industries, including Pharmaceutical, Data Centres and Distilleries.
